About the Job

This role requires a skilled professional with experience in supporting people in social care settings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans, working collaboratively with colleagues to promote exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality support to individuals, fostering independence and choice
  • To mentor and coach colleagues in delivering exceptional support
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a social care setting supporting people with learning/physical disabilities, autism, and/or acquired brain injuries/neurological disorders
  • Preferably QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

The estimated salary for this role is £26,396. We offer a range of benefits, including 24/7 access to a UK GP via telephone, full paid induction, and enhanced sick pay.
