Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Adult Support Specialist to join our team in the Lisburn area. As a key member of our Supported Living service, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working directly with families and service users, or equivalent qualifications and experience. Current registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include weekly pay, 24/7 support and supervision from our dedicated team of Professional Social Workers.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal assistance with primary needs such as toileting, feeding, bathing, and showering
• Ensure safe supervision and direct care support to service users
• Participate in monitoring and reviewing of service users' care plans
• Facilitate and enable service users to participate in meaningful activities
• Assist in the development of high-quality person-centered services and assist in the development of the service according to changing needs

Requirements
• Hold a 2-level qualification or equivalent and have a minimum of 1 year's experience working directly with families and service users
• Current registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council
• Knowledge of legislation, policy, procedures, and current issues in adult safeguarding
• Ability to work in a computer-literate environment
• Full MAPA training required
