Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our management team as a Team Leader, responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in delivering excellent care and support services. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service users receive person-centred care and support, tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in developing and implementing care plans and risk assessments.
  • Mentor and supervise the Support Team to ensure high-quality care and support delivery.
  • Provide direct care and support to service users, as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, including GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent and Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or relevant equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a social care setting, with a focus on supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Competitive salary of £14.89 per hour, equating to approximately £30,480 per annum based on a 24-hour week.
