Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Summary: Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Company Secretary, assist with daily operations, and contribute to maintaining a well-organized office environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and logistical details;
• Manage and organize documents, ensuring timely preparation and distribution;
• Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement efficient recruitment strategies;
• Oversee staff leave administration and maintain up-to-date records;
• Update HR policies and the staff handbook to reflect changing needs;
• Coordinate board meetings, including refreshments and IT equipment;
• Partner with the Office Manager to offer executive-level support;
• Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying and filing;
• Develop expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software;
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills;

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
