We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at First Recruitment Services in Haywards Heath. This part-time permanent role offers the ideal opportunity for someone to use their payroll experience in a busy and friendly environment.

Job Overview

This role is a great chance to work with Xero and/or Bright Pay software, managing end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients. If you have a strong background in payroll and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  2. Maintaining compliance with relevant payroll legislation.
  3. Collecting, verifying, and inputting payroll data from various sources.
  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on payroll-related inquiries.
  5. Using payroll software to process payroll, update client information, and manage tax codes and pay rates.
