We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at First Recruitment Services in Haywards Heath. This part-time permanent role offers the ideal opportunity for someone to use their payroll experience in a busy and friendly environment.
Job OverviewThis role is a great chance to work with Xero and/or Bright Pay software, managing end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients. If you have a strong background in payroll and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant payroll legislation.
- Collecting, verifying, and inputting payroll data from various sources.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on payroll-related inquiries.
- Using payroll software to process payroll, update client information, and manage tax codes and pay rates.
