Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and managing client invoices
  • Performing bank reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Managing sales and purchase ledgers to maintain a healthy cash flow
  • Paying supplier invoices on time to avoid late fees
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns to the relevant authorities
  • Providing month-end reporting to stakeholders
  • Processing monthly payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitoring and managing outstanding debts to prevent write-offs

Requirements:

  • AAT or QBE qualification
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is £31,500, which reflects the skills and qualifications required.
