About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Services Manager at Pro Talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing administrative teams and have excellent leadership skills. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our office, including uploading final accounts, maintaining client databases, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting our accountancy and business advisory services;

  • Pre-year-end letters;
  • Support with confirmation statements;
  • Setting up new clients;
  • Ad hoc duties.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in an administrative capacity. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have strong communication skills. A salary of around £45,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience, is expected for this position.
