This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected financial advice firm's support team, contributing to their growth and success.

You will play a critical role in providing administrative support, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to drive results.

  1. Prepare and process business documents for new and existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  2. Provide administrative support to paraplanners and IFAs, facilitating seamless communication and efficient task management.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client information within the back office system, ensuring data integrity.
  4. Handle incoming queries from clients and external providers, responding promptly and professionally.
  5. E nsure all files are compliant with relevant regulations, adhering to strict guidelines.
  6. Liaise with providers to gather policy information, providing valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry, preferably in a support function.
  • GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above, demonstrating strong foundational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Experience in managing client expectations, maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • D esire to learn and develop, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS products including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with proficiency in using these tools to manage tasks and data.
  • Prior experience working with Intelliflo Office & provider platforms, a significant advantage in this role.
