  1. You will be responsible for preparing and processing business documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  2. Your administrative expertise will shine in providing support to paraplanners and IFAs, facilitating seamless communication and efficient task management.
  3. Accurate record-keeping is essential, and you will maintain precise records of client information within the back office system.
  4. You will handle incoming queries, responding promptly and professionally to ensure excellent client service.
  5. E nsuring regulatory compliance is crucial, and you will adhere to strict guidelines to maintain file integrity.
  6. Liaising with providers to gather policy information will provide valuable insights, supporting informed decision-making.
Salary:

We offer a competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum, reflecting your value to the team.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry, with a focus on support functions.
  • Strong GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) grades, demonstrating foundational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Experience in managing client expectations, building positive relationships and resolving issues.
  • D esire to learn and develop, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience working with Intelliflo Office & provider platforms is a significant advantage.
