About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer the position of EMEA Upskilling Engagement Lead at ENGINEERINGUK. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic upskilling engagements under our Enterprise Skills Transformation portfolio of offerings.

Your role will involve partnering with senior stakeholders from our largest AWS customers to dive deep on their business goals and enablement needs. You will also take ownership of all program management activities for each Skills Guild engagement, including planning, reporting, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with AWS enterprise customers and field teams to define, develop, and implement strategic skills transformation programs
  • Dive deep on customer's business goals and enablement needs and deliver programs that empower customers to achieve these goals and outcomes
  • Take ownership of all program management activities for each Skills Guild engagement including planning, reporting, and risk mitigation
