We are seeking an experienced EMEA Office Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our corporate real estate group, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of office transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The ideal candidate will have significant professional experience in a global corporate real estate environment, with expertise in transaction management, risk assessment, and value creation. You will be responsible for analyzing market data, managing spend approvals, and engaging with stakeholders across various service lines.

As a seasoned professional, you will have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to protect confidential information. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team that supports Amazon's growth while maintaining a supportive and engaging work environment. We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
