About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Site Support Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Site Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control entry/exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel, vehicles, and goods access the facility.
  • Operate the yard management system and manage the weighbridge to accurately monitor vehicle movements and weights.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential security risks, ensuring the safety of employees and assets.
  • Respond effectively to security incidents, taking prompt action to resolve issues and reporting as necessary.
  • Welcome, verify, and process visitors and contractors, ensuring site security protocols are followed.

Requirements:

  • Strong teamwork experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Essential Skills:

  • SIA Licence
  • Access to vehicle/good transport links
  • 2yrs Security experience
  • RTW and 5 year checkable history
