Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the safety and security of all staff and visitors on site
  2. Gatehouse duties, including access and egress controls
  3. Liaise with the Police and other emergency services
  4. Report and incident writing
  5. Staff and vehicle searches as required
  6. Use sound judgment and good interpersonal skills when dealing with members of the public and on-site personnel
  7. Support, promote, and protect the business needs of the client
  8. Conform to establishment Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments
  9. Conform to client processes and protocols
  10. Participate in other duties commensurate to the role

Requirements:

  • SIA Licence - Security Guarding/Door Supervision
  • Previous experience in the security industry is an advantage
  • Be physically fit and able to patrol effectively by foot
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
  • High standards of punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability

Working Hours: Average of 56 hours per week, on a rotation of 3 days, 3 nights, 3 off

Pay: £11.90 per hour
