Job Title: Executive Officer

We are New Directions Holdings Limited, a leading provider of education and recruitment services across the UK. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our clients and supply staff.

Job Purpose:

To provide a high-quality educational staff supply service to schools and education supply workers in your designated area of responsibility, enhancing the reputation of the company and driving business growth through satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond effectively to inbound telephone business enquiries, converting them into bookings where possible, in accordance with specified processes and procedures.
  • Arrange and conduct client visits to generate new business and provide quality follow-up service visits for existing clients, promoting our full services, including CPD Training.
  • Maintain a good working understanding of our database system to fully exploit its benefits and update data in a disciplined manner.
  • Prepare suitable quality CVs and profiles for supply staff seeking long-term work.
  • Develop relationships with all school staff who may benefit from our services, assisting other account managers to fill bookings during busy periods.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or sales background.
  • Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Able to make decisions using available data and information.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize workload, maximizing productivity.
  • Ability to promote services and make high-quality sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of child safeguarding.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Maintains quality for all users.
  • Able to manage margin control with the ability to deliver strong performance.
