We are recruiting for a Culinary Team Assistant to join our busy kitchen team at Lounge, where we strive for excellence in every aspect of our business. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food preparation, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and skilled individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Head Chef and team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Job Description and Requirements
- Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, including meal planning, ingredient ordering, and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Support the Head Chef and team in maintaining efficient kitchen operations, including dishwashing, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, empathy, and respect among team members.
Salary and Benefits
- **Salary:** £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
