We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team at Lounge, where we prioritize exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.
This role requires an individual who is proactive, driven, and skilled in all aspects of kitchen operations. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food preparation, supporting our talented Head Chef and team to deliver outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a natural affinity for hospitality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a strong focus on teamwork, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, ingredient ordering, and inventory management.
- Support the Head Chef and team in maintaining efficient kitchen operations, including dishwashing, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, empathy, and respect among team members.
