Education Coordinator

We are seeking an unqualified teacher to fill a fixed-term position at Tamworth Enterprise College, which will conclude by the end of July 2025.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality education to students in collaboration with the lead teacher and contribute to classroom management and lesson planning.
- Foster a positive learning environment through engagement with students and participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Salary: £21,731 - £33,902 per annum, plus a well-being cash plan and pension scheme.
Requirements- A genuine passion for education and student success is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team is necessary.
