Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Operational Pathway Lead for Integrated Community Stroke Services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the management and development of the Integrated community elements of the Sheffield Stroke pathway.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering services aligned to the trusts aims, achieving key national and local performance targets, and carrying out pro-active workforce planning activities to meet the needs of the service.

This role requires a strong leader who can develop teams to meet national and local priorities, support the transformation of new pathways of care, and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver services aligned to the trusts aims

Requirements
  • Clinical or other professional qualification
  • Masters-level qualification or education in a management discipline
  • Registration with the NMC or HPC where appropriate
  • Specialist Practitioner qualification or management or leadership qualification at post graduate level
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
