Job Description

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a Care Excellence Lead. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, acting as a role model for nursing practice across the specialty and trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, where you will have the chance to make a real difference to patients' lives. You will be working closely with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care throughout all aspects of the patients' care pathway and in all clinical settings.

Main Duties

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, acting as a role model for nursing practice across the specialty and trust.
  • Work within the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of optimal care throughout all aspects of the patients' care pathway and in all clinical settings.
  • Act as a source of advice and knowledge for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant post-registration experience, evidence of management experience, and ability to work autonomously. A leadership qualification would be desirable, but not essential.
