At Humber Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Charity Portfolio Manager to lead our inward investment initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering investment propositions to attract investors. They will be responsible for building relationships with partner organisations and existing companies to drive growth and expansion.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract inward investors, leveraging the Final Business Case and generic marketing schedule.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to profile prospective investment targets and identify opportunities.
  • Create and manage a database of profiled leads within targeted sectors, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Represent the Humber initiative as an ambassador, promoting the movement's objectives and complementing government policy.
  • Collaborate with landowners, developers, Local Authorities, utility service providers, and planning statutory consultees to address infrastructure capacity and site development barriers.
  • Provide ad hoc support on funding bids aligned with trade and investment objectives.
  • Lead sector sub-groups focused on Net Zero, Innovation, Skills, and Opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of company investment criteria and decision-making processes.
  • Understanding of the commercial development market.
  • Able to analyze data and extrapolate investment trends and markets.
