About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Megan's Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Develop and train kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes

  • A performance-related bonus worth up to £6,500 per year, paid monthly
