Assistant Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Head Chef to join our team at Zizzi. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and leading the team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu ideas and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies, procedures, and guidelines.
