Your Role

As a senior leader with significant experience, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving change and innovation in our complex environment;
  • Empowering and galvanizing our large, multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Developing a new people plan to support our organisational development;
  • Devising our business plan for 25/26, focusing on financial sustainability and quality of patient care;
  • Representing us on a regional and national scale, developing long-lasting relationships and sharing our expertise.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of driving change and innovation in complex environments;
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience of empowering and galvanizing large teams;
  • Strong commercial nous, with a demonstrable background in driving cost efficiencies and income diversification;
  • A confident and credible ambassador for our Group, able to represent us on a regional and national scale;
  • An ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, patients, and partners.

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum
