At Exemplar Health Care, we are seeking an experienced Regional Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to staff members across the region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in adult education, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance and progress.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £27,841 and £3,000 for benefits. This totals approximately £30,841 per annum.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a generous holiday allowance, and a pension scheme.
