Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales leadership with a focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members and local businesses.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with our membership and marketing teams to promote our luxury care services and events.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful move-in, ensuring a positive experience for new residents.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the hospitality or subscription business sectors.
  • Demonstrable track record of month-on-month occupancy growth and sales achievement.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A dynamic, flexible, and proactive approach with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
