As our Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for our insulation business unit. Based in the UK, this role offers the opportunity to travel globally, engage with diverse teams and clients, and contribute directly to the growth of market-leading products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Lead a team of technical salespeople and cultivate distribution partnerships to drive rapid expansion.
  • Grow our customer base in underserved markets, particularly North America and Europe.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional with 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, expertise in technical insulation, and strong leadership qualities. You must be able to inspire a team to surpass their targets and have a proven track record of increasing sales within existing accounts while growing the overall customer base.
