Regional Sales Director

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring each store achieves its sales targets, while also providing guidance and support to store managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Providing coaching and training to store managers to enhance their sales skills
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £39,000 plus a bonus structure, a company car, and private health care insurance.
