Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff and franchise partners via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Administer user logins and telephony systems
  • Perform system checks and work with external support providers to resolve issues
  • Perform hardware repairs and upgrades

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT field-based or 2nd Line Support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of Windows-based computer networking and protocols
  • Ability to work under own initiative and prioritize workloads
  • Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
