About the Role

The Aquatic Operations Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and success of our swimming programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about water safety and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate chemical readings and adjust pool conditions as necessary to ensure a safe and clean environment for all pool users.
  • Enforce all pool rules and regulations, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere for all patrons.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with participants, orient and assist when not actively guarding.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Current CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certification.
  • Successful completion of the Y in Central Maryland swim test.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work with diverse populations.
Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
