EvoTech is seeking an experienced Facilities and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Engineering and Facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, maintaining quality compliance standards, and providing administrative support.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, typically from 0745 to 1645. Based in Milton Park, Abingdon, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine data entry of comments written on Work Orders into the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Archive maintenance records as per existing procedures, ensuring they are easily retrieved and always audit ready.
- Support filing and retention of service reports from Contractors.
- Index, scan and organise library of Operating manuals and associated documents to facilitate paper and electronic retrieval.
- Prepare and complete Quality Management System (Deviations, Change Controls and CAPA's) documentation on behalf of the FM&E Team.
Requirements:
- A working knowledge of GMP environment and Quality Management Systems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
