Quantity Surveying Specialist

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, and strong IT skills. They should be commercially astute, articulate, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Key responsibilities include preparation and submission of valuations, collating variation quotations, procurement and management of sub-contractor accounts, and review of main contract documents to provide contractual advice to the project team.
