Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at VANRATH, a leading contractor specializing in the fitout sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of various fitout projects, collaborating with senior colleagues, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of valuations, collating variation quotations, procurement and management of sub-contractor accounts, reviewing main contract documents, preparing monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts, and providing value engineering and risk management control.

Requirements:
A degree-qualified or equivalent Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the fitout and/or refurbishment sector, possessing strong IT skills, being commercially astute, and having good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
