Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage out-patient referrals to clinic appointments
  • Support and facilitate administrative processes
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience of NHS appointment booking systems
