Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing Service in Angus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with complex health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of our service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure our service meets the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA of the UK NMC Register.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including rotation of day/evening shifts and base.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
