About the Job
">We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Marston Green. As an SEN TA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing individualized support to students with SEN
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements
- Previous experience working with SEN students is highly desirable
- Previous experience working in education is essential
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education
