About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our People Performance team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our people plans and partnering with our Retail teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Regional/Area Managers and other HR teams.
- Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience, including talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development, to drive business outcomes.
- Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these.
- Support with upskilling of managers and maintaining a focus on colleague engagement.
- Support with new store openings and closure processes, and manage employee relations cases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, ideally within a retail or customer-centric environment.
- Experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases.
- Confidence working with data and a natural curiosity to solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make an impact and build effective relationships.
- Ability to collaborate, persuade, and influence.
- Assertive, resilient, and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities.
