At Maxim Recruitment Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Registered Manager to manage recruitment needs
  • Processing changes to customer care and support plans
  • Ensuring sufficient cover to deliver excellent care and support to customers
  • Utilizing IT systems to allocate care assistants and match them to the right customer
  • Rota production and distribution
  • Maintenance of electronic and handwritten records
  • Managing highly confidential and sensitive information

Desirable qualifications include NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Previous Care Coordinator experience is also advantageous.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience, ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum.
