Job Role: Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator
We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator. As an Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Work closely with our care teams to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Provide support and guidance to our care teams to ensure that activities are delivered safely and effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of activities on the wellbeing of our residents.
