At Maxim Recruitment Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Registered Manager to manage recruitment needs and ensure sufficient cover for our clients.
  • Processing changes to customer care and support plans, and maintaining accurate electronic and handwritten records.
  • Utilizing IT systems to allocate care assistants and match them to the right customer, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Producing and distributing rotas to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications and experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification desirable.
  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar role.

The salary for this role is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
