Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£11.87 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide paid mileage at 35p per mile, referral bonuses up to £500, and access to a range of discounts through our Blue Light Card scheme.

Job Description

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This may include assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and light household duties.

You will also have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our clients, promoting their independence and dignity. We value our staff's wellbeing and provide access to a free DBS check, fully funded RQF qualification, and excellent training opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle. While prior experience is not necessary, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
