Job Summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our multi-professional team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and knowledge to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide clinical expertise and knowledge to support the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to develop and implement clinical governance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and improve standards of care through clinical audit, evidence-based practice, and teaching
  • Support the development of professional colleagues and provide skilled professional leadership

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:
