Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver domiciliary care services to residents, including physical, personal care, and support with social activities.
- Promote independence and self-belief among residents.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in line with our policies.
Requirements:
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
- Be a personable, effective communicator, and team player.
- Be passionate about delivering a quality care service.
- Be flexible with hours.
