Job Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Specialist will provide exceptional support to the Business Relationship Manager in delivering services and functions to internal and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to speak English to a good standard or through the use of a BSL interpreter. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about learning new technologies and processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of accurate accounting records using Excel.
  • Proven ability to apply and analyse data in Excel to manage client details and financial data.
  • Provision of updates and financial information/forecasting to the management team.
  • Comfortable and able to learn to use a range of systems.
  • Assistance with the recovery of unpaid invoices.
