Job Overview

MYNET Security, a leading provider of bespoke security services in Ireland and the UK, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop industry-leading security monitoring and intervention services.

This dynamic role will involve developing a sales team to achieve individual targets and KPIs, identifying new customers across the region, and managing the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of monitored security systems and excellent communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Achieving individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Cold calling experience with a proven track record of success
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in Ireland and the UK
  • Effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
  • Growing a sustainable sales pipeline through market research and competitor analysis
