At Nike (New), we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Head Coach, you will play a vital role in driving success and delivering exceptional service excellence to our consumers. With a focus on operational excellence, you will oversee various departments, implement Nike's strategy, and support the Head Coach in achieving sales targets and improving consumer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence.
  • Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team to ensure an excellent work atmosphere.
  • Implement operational excellent processes and tools to reach sales targets and optimize services.
  • Oversee various departments such as Commercial, Athlete, and/or Consumer Experience.
  • Support Head Coach in implementing Nike's strategy in your store.
  • Provide reports about store activities, local marketplace, and consumer insights.
  • Ensure the store complies with all Nike standards and guidelines.
  • Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
  • Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
  • Very good command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service.
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
  • Strong focus on communication.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
