Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at AFC Bournemouth. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Superstore, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of sales and service advisors to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of Premier League retail trends and identify opportunities to improve competitive edge.
  • Analyse store data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and match days.
