Business Development Manager

At Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing recruitment technology platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of recruiter prospects and self-generate leads through various channels.
  • Responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead generation through to new customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment industry and its trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role within recruitment or the HR industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively drive contracts to closure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a natural positive attitude and a proactive approach to sales.

What We Offer:
  • Basic salary from £28,000 up to £35,000 depending on experience, with uncapped OTE.
  • Excellent benefits, including 34 days holidays, pension, and additional incentives.
