Exciting opportunity for a Deputy Director for Quality to join our client's nursing home in Chesterfield, providing exceptional care and support to residents.

The role involves supporting the Home Manager with clinical leadership, ensuring an excellent standard of resident care is maintained. The ideal candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for unit management, allocate duties to nursing and care staff, and supervise care practices.

A competitive £40,000 - £45,000 per annum salary package includes a generous holiday allowance, continued training, and pension scheme. In return for your dedication, you will receive free parking, DBS check, and uniform.

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in managing dementia, residential, and nursing care services. You will be responsible for allocating duties, supervising care practices, and contributing to recruitment, retention, and performance-related issues.
