The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing nursing and care staff. They will be responsible for supervising care practices, allocating duties, and contributing to recruitment and retention strategies.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive £42,000 - £48,000 per annum salary package, including a generous holiday allowance and continued training. Our company also offers a pension scheme, free parking, DBS check, and uniform.
