Job Title: Housekeeping Support Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Support Professional to join our team at Cinnamon Care. As a Housekeeping Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our care home, its furnishings, equipment, and linen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the care home, including laundry functions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve a safe, secure, and inviting environment for residents, families, and staff.
  • Meet and exceed Cinnamon quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids.
  • Compassionate and caring nature.
  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous housekeeping/laundry experience in a residential care setting.
